How To Fix GoogleTV and Netflix Problem of We’re unable to connect you to Netflix
I have a Logitech Revue GoogleTV and recently for no reason at all Netflix stopped working on it. It launches and then gives the error below. It’s simple enough to fix, but will drive you crazy if you experience the problem, since the only options it gives it “Try Again” or “Exit”. This is usually caused by conflicting login information caused by Netflix updating their security mechanisms.

The fix to this problem is:
Option 1 – Clear Netflix Cache
- Go to Google TV settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Netflix > Clear Cache. There are two listing and you have to do it to both of them.
- Now reboot the Revue by pressing [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Del] to reboot.
- Launch Netflix and reenter your account information.
Option 2 – Deactivate and Reactivate Netflix
- Open the Netflix application
- Press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, and Up
- You should see the account information page click “Deactivate”.
- Now reboot the Revue by pressing [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Del].
- Launch Netflix and reenter your account information.
